The long aperitif finger is the perfect solution to entertain your guests in an informal way.
The service consists in a presentation of “finger” composed by various Mediterranean food, traditional and fusion. For our menus we select only local and fresh, with the sea and land’s taste.
After the aperitif, guests can sit at the tables, where there will be offered one or two first courses and a second courses.
We select the catch of the day, not only sea bass and sea bream, but also red drum, greater amberjack, accompanied by seasonal side dishes.
The service will end with a dessert buffet.
