Our proposal offers the traditional aperitif with a rich buffet. The guests will be guided in a culinary journey through the corner of the land and sea fryer, meats’ and cheeses’ corner, the spinning of the mozzarella, raw seafood, l’ortolani di genuini prodotti preparati secondo tradizione.
Coming up, the guests will be accompanied at the tables, where they will be offered one or two first plate and a second course.
We choose the fresh fish of the day, not only sea bass and bream, but also snapper, amberjacks, meagre and seasonal sides.
The cake and the dessert buffet can be chosen according to each preference.
